Grapes crushed and destemmed immediately after harvest Pre-fermentation skin maceration of about eight hours Separation of must from skins with soft pressing Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks Duration of fermentation: 12 ÷ 15 days. The fresh and silky palate opens on pleasant yellow peach sensations that then give way to a complex structure enriched by slight hints of spices that accompany us towards a long finish
and enveloping.
