A dry white wine made from 100% Malvasia Istriana grapes. It has a bright straw yellow color. The bouquet reveals delicate floral aromas with pleasant hints of apple and pear that fade to notes of sage and cinnamon. The flavor is full, beautifully smooth and balanced with acidity, with ripe fruit and spice sensations and pleasant aromatic persistence. It goes well with soups and is excellent paired with codfish.
