Oil

Oil obtained from olives of the frantoio variety for 85% and leccino for 15%. The color is yellow with intense green reflections. It has a pleasant primary scent of olive with notes of almond and hints of aromatic herbs. The palate reveals pleasant fruity sensations, with good structure and sweet paste supported in the finish by balanced bitter-spicy tones. Excellent on fish dishes, salads and steamed vegetables.
