Fruity sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes. It has a pale straw yellow color. The bouquet is intense and fruity, with pleasant aromas of apple and pear and light spicy notes. The taste is fresh, light and well balanced with acidity, with typical hints of apple and delicate vanilla nuances and pleasant aromatic persistence. It is ideal as an aperitif and in combination with fish and vegetable appetizers.
