Sweet

White wine made from 100% Vespaiola grapes raisined four months in fruttaio. It has a bright yellow color with golden highlights. The aroma is intense and full with notes of honey, apricot and flowers. The taste is sweet and enveloping , with great balance between acidity and sugars and long and elegant persistence. Excellent paired with small dry pastries and blue or medium to long aged cheeses.
