Cavallare

An intense red wine of great elegance made from 60% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It has a very intense ruby red color. The aroma of small berries is combined with slight balsamic hints. The palate stands out for its great elegance and pleasant fruit sensations that continue to evolve leaving a long and pleasant persistence of the aroma. Perfect with game, red meats and aged cheeses.
