Harvest: only hand-picked grapes with choice of best bunches and withering of the grapes until Januaty
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tancks which stops naturally in spring when the wine is still sweet
Alcohol content: 13 % vol
Ageing: 4 รท 6 months in its own yeast
Refining: 12 months in bottle
Production: 1,500 500 ml bottles
Wine characteristics:
Colour: bright golden yellow
Bouquet: pleasant honey and apricot aroma with intense floral notes
Taste: sweet and full, well balanced acidity with alcohol and sugars, pleasantly elegant and it leaves a long persistence of the aroma
