Vinification: grapes are pressed and de-stemmed

alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks
Elaboration: in autoclave with Charmat method with selected yeasts
Alcohol content: 12 % vol
Refining: 2 months in bottle
Production: 15,000 750 ml bottles

Bouquet: gradevoli aromi di mela e pera con leggere note speziate
Taste: characteristic taste with sensations of apple and vanilla, good acidity and very fruity persistent finish
